Rental Agreement

To ensure the safety of all users and the longevity of our equipment, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below when renting inflatable units from Fliphouse, LLC. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in damages or injuries, for which the Renter will be held responsible.

1. Prohibited Items

  • No food, drinks, or chewing gum are allowed on or near the inflatable. This helps prevent choking hazards and keeps the equipment clean.
  • No shoes, glasses, jewelry, or badges are allowed while using the inflatable to avoid injury and prevent damage to the unit.
  • No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers, or silly string are to be used on or around the inflatable. These substances can stain or damage the equipment.
  • No smoking or barbeques near the inflatable, as this poses a fire hazard and can damage the material.

2. Supervision and Safety

  • A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times to ensure safe usage and adherence to the rules.
  • Children under 3 years of age are not permitted to play on the inflatable due to safety concerns. Adult supervision is required for all users at all times.
  • Maximum capacity: The inflatable can accommodate a maximum of 5 adults or 8 children, with a total weight limit of 680 pounds. Exceeding this capacity may lead to injury or damage to the equipment.

3. Safe Usage Guidelines

  • No pets, toys, or sharp objects are allowed on the inflatable at any time to prevent punctures or harm to users.
  • Users must not bounce on the front safety steps, as this area is not designed for play and may result in falls or injury.
  • Please ensure children are properly clothed, with no loose items in their pockets that could potentially fall out and cause harm.
  • No somersaults, flips, or rough play are allowed on the inflatable to prevent injury.

4. Emergency Procedures

  • In the event that the blower stops working, immediately ensure all users exit the inflatable.
  • If there are high wind speeds or unsafe weather conditions, all users must leave the inflatable, and it should be deflated promptly to avoid damage or injury.

5. Mandatory Adult Supervision

  • The most important rule: Children must never use the inflatable without adult supervision. The supervising adult is responsible for enforcing these rules to ensure safe and proper operation of the inflatable unit at all times.
